I have years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through challenges like anxiety, emotional regulation, and postpartum. Using evidence-based CBT approaches, I create a safe, supportive space where each child feels seen and understood, and where families gain tools to grow, connect, and thrive together.
My Approach
I use CBT with a collaborative, personalised approach that honours every family’s unique story. All family types and identities are welcomed and affirmed, including LGBTQ+ families. I create a safe, respectful space where cultural values and beliefs guide therapy, making sure everyone feels seen and supported.
