My Experience
With 18 years plus experience in a special needs education, I’ve supported children with Autism, ADHD, PDA, Down’s Syndrome, SEMH, and complex behaviours. As Behaviour and Engagement Lead, I led whole-school change and worked with national charities, the Department for Education, and the NHS — always ensuring families feel supported

My approach combines detailed assessment with thoughtful guidance, working closely with families and carers to understand each person’s unique needs. I provide clarity, reassurance, and practical strategies that promote confidence. With compassion and consistency, I support meaningful, lasting change that improves wellbeing, strengthens relationships, and enhances everyday life.
