Parent support with practical OT strategies
Occupational Therapist
About
I’m a neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapist specialising in sensory integration, school based therapy, and daily life skills for children and families.
My Experience
I’ve worked across schools, NHS, and private practice, supporting children with sensory, regulation, and learning differences. I focus on listening and collaborating with parents to create realistic strategies tailored to their child’s profile.
My Approach
Consultations focus on your key questions and concerns. I will then explain how sensory, motor and emotional needs may affect the child's behaviour, and suggest practical strategies you can try at home or discuss with school. Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your family’s context.
Additional Information
Parents often ask about school routines, self-care, or explaining sensory differences. Before our session, I’ll ask you to complete short questionnaires so I can understand your concerns and check if I’m the right person to support your family.
