I have always had a thirst for knowledge and a passion for using my knowledge and experience to help others.
My Experience
I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with a background in SEND and Outdoor Education. I have experience as a Nursery Manager and SENCo, in the Statutory SEND Team for the Local Authority, in the Care sector carrying out needs assessments and creating support plans, and as a Youth Worker.
My Approach
I follow a holistic approach, understanding that each individual is unique in their circumstances, environment, needs and desired support. Whether it be general advice and guidance, or long-term support, solutions or coaching, I always strive to gain an in-depth understanding of the child, young person, or family as a whole.
Additional Information
I have lived experience of SEND and Neurodivergence myself as a person with AuDHD amongst other challenges. I have dedicated my academic and professional career to supporting children, young people and parents through their journeys, motivated by the lack of support and appropriate guidance that was available for previous generations.
